Myanmar and Thailand Earthquake Disaster Response
On March 28, 2025, a devastating magnitude 7.7 earthquake struck Myanmar and Thailand. More than 5,300 people have been confirmed dead, and thousands more were injured or reported missing. Water Mission deployed a Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) immediately. The team has been able to serve more than 7,400 people with emergency safe water in the wake of this deadly earthquake.
