Water Mission is a charitable organization (EIN 57-1116978) exempt from taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and as such, we are required to include certain disclosure language on all solicitations.

Florida: SC no.01008 a copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Division of Consumer Services by calling toll-free, within the state, 1-800-HELP-FLA or via the Internet at www.800helpflorida.com.

Illinois: Contracts and reports regarding Water Mission are on file with the Illinois Attorney General.

Maryland: For the cost of postage and copying, documents and information filed under the Maryland charitable organizations laws can be obtained from the Secretary of State, Charitable Division, State House, Annapolis, MD 21401, (410) 974-5534.

Mississippi: The official registration and financial information of Water Mission may be obtained from the Mississippi Secretary of State's office by calling 1-888-236-6167.

Nevada: A contribution to Water Mission may be tax-deductible pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 170(b)(1)(A)(vi).

New Jersey: Information filed with the attorney general concerning this charitable solicitation and percentage of contributions received by the charity during the last reporting period that were dedicated to the charitable purpose may be obtained from the Attorney General of the state of New Jersey by calling (973) 504-6215 and is available on the Internet at http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/charfrm.htm.

New York: Upon request, a person may obtain from the organization or from the charity’s registry on the attorney general’s website, a copy of the last financial report filed by the organization with the Attorney General Charities Bureau, 120 Broadway, New York, NY 10271, by calling 212-416-8401 or visiting https://ag.ny.gov/resources/government-organizations/charities-nonprofits-fundraisers.

North Carolina: Financial information about this organization and a copy of its license are available from the State Solicitation Licensing Branch at 1-888-830-4989 (within North Carolina) or (919) 807-2214 (outside North Carolina).

Pennsylvania: The official registration and financial information of Water Mission may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State by calling toll-free, within Pennsylvania, 1-800-732-0999.

Virginia: Financial statements are available from the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services upon request.

Washington: Water Mission’s required registration is on file with the Washington Secretary of State Charities Program, and financial and other information is available from the Washington Secretary of State Charities Program, 1-800-332-4483 or online at www.sos.wa.gov/charities.

West Virginia: West Virginia residents may obtain a summary of the registration and financial documents from the Secretary of State, State Capitol, Charleston, WV 25305. Upon request by the person solicited, Water Mission Partner Services (+1.843.769.7395 or [email protected]) will provide the estimated percentage of the money collected that will be applied to the cost of solicitation, administration, or the charitable purpose. Inquiries can also be made to Partner Services at Water Mission. Contributions are deductible for federal income tax purposes in accordance with applicable law.
