Why We're #Blue4Water on World Water Day
Kristen Check, Program Evaluation Coordinator at Water Mission
We're going #Blue4Water for a lot of reasons. We asked some of our HQ staff to list their favorites.
Will Furlong, Director of Africa Programs at Water Mission
Brian Graham, Project Engineer at Water Mission
Meghan Proctor, Administrative Project Specialist at Water Mission
We're going #Blue4Water because roughly 2.4 billion people live without adequate sanitation, and we think that needs to change. We're going #Blue4Water because we know that reductions in time to collect water increases school attendance. We believe safe and sustainable water projects provide hope, restore broken communities, and save lives. With your generosity, over 3 million people are drinking safe water for the rest of their lives, and we're working so that more communities can do the same.
Andrew Armstrong, Community Development Programs Manager at Water Mission
