For the people of Dindi, Malawi, their story is the epitome of all that safe water brings to a community. Children used to leave at 11 PM, spending all night collecting water and returning home late in the morning. Now, because of safe water, those same children get to sleep through the night, and wake up refreshed and ready to tackle the day.
As we rejoice over the blessings being poured out on Dindi this Christmas season, our hearts still yearn for the 1.8 billion who live without safe water.
