Water Mission Recognized as a 2021 Certified Best Christian Workplace
Growing Ministry Joins Select Group of Organizations Celebrated for Fostering a Positive Work Environment
N. Charleston, S.C. — Oct. 6, 2021 – Water Mission, a nonprofit Christian engineering organization, was named a 2021 Certified Best Christian Workplace by Best Christian Workplace Institute (BCWI), an employee engagement ministry dedicated to helping Christian leaders and organizations achieve their full potential in the workplace. Water Mission was one of 96 organizations honored on this year’s list.
“We’re thankful to be recognized as a Best Christian Workplace,” said Water Mission CEO and President George C. Greene IV, PE. “Fostering a positive and strong culture in the workplace has been an ongoing focus for our ministry. In the last year alone, we’ve had to adjust to the challenges of COVID-19, adding new workplace innovations that make our work more efficient and empowered our global staff. It is important our team continues to feel encouraged, supported, and connected while working to provide safe water to communities around the world.”
This recognition is given to Christian organizations across the United States and Canada, ranging from Christian schools, businesses, churches, media, and missions. These workplaces have exceeded the standards of providing healthy and uplifting work environments where employees are excited to work.
