How It Works
- Choose to mail an Honor Card or send an e-Card.
- Complete the form with your recipient’s physical address or email.
- Provide a gift amount for your Honor Card selection – there is a $10 minimum suggested donation per card.
- We’ll send the cards to your honoree recipient directly.
